I had a lovely 2-night stay at Smart Hotel Budapest, appreciating the beautiful surroundings and spacious rooms. The breakfast exceeded my expectations, and the hotel staff delivered really good service. However, the spa could benefit from more accessible hours and the soundproofing in my room was lacking.

The hot water ran out quickly, the lobby could use a facelift, and I noticed some unpleasant smells in the bathroom. In addition, the room was smaller than depicted in the photos. 🛏️
